Returns for exchange and refund

We offer the refund or exchange for defective shoes or if we sent to you the different model / size not corresponding to your order.

If it is the case, we will be glad to receive your request for exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery date.

Please pay attention to:

- The item you want to return should be in a new saleable condition. Upon reception of your Nike shoes, try them at home and check if you are satisfied. @ eXpokos we do not accept the returns / refunds for shoes that were worn outdoors. This condition must be met to for refund / exchange.

- The original box and accessories should be returned in new condition. For return, you should use the package for shoebox which should contain shoes and all accessories. We cannot accept the return if we receive the shoe’s box as a shipping package.

Before proceed with refund or return for exchange, please send email to contact@expokos.com with details of your dissatisfaction and model(s) you bought. Then you will receive shortly the instructions to execute for refund / return for exchange.
